How do I use the Message Center Archive?
While browsing the Message Center in your Puppies.com account, you may have noticed a tab near the top labeled "Archive":
The Message Center Archive is a convenient way to declutter your Inbox. You can archive older messages regarding dogs which are no longer available; this can make it easier to locate important conversations and remove older conversations that you don't need access to anymore.
How can I Archive a Message?
To archive a message, simply view the conversation thread you would like to archive in your Message Center, scroll to the bottom, and click/tap "Archive". The conversation thread will be moved from your Inbox to your Archive automatically.
Can I "Unarchive" a Message?
In most cases, yes. If you wish to move an archived message back to your Inbox, simply locate the message in the "Archive" tab within your Message Center and click/tap "Unarchive" at the bottom. This action will move the Conversation Thread back to your Inbox and allow you to continue the conversation.
If you are unable to unarchive a message, this indicates that 1) the user is no longer using the site and cannot be contacted, or 2) the user has blocked your account, and cannot be contacted.
Can I delete a Message?
We do not offer an option to delete a Conversation Thread entirely at this time.
