How do I access my messages?

If you are using a laptop/desktop, login to your account and click on the Envelope icon in the top right of the page

On a mobile device, tap the menu in the corner (i.e. the circular icon with three horizonal lines inside), and then tap “Message Center”. From there, you’ll be able to see all the conversations you’ve had regarding a puppy.
