How do I access my messages?

If using a laptop/desktop, login to your account and click on the Envelope icon in the top right of the page

On a mobile device, tap the Menu icon in the upper-right, and then tap Message Center below. From there, you’ll be able to see all the conversations you’ve had regarding a puppy.
