How do I Report a User or Message?

If you come across a suspicious listing or receive a message that seems inappropriate, abusive, or potentially fraudulent, we want to know about it. Our Customer Service Team reviews all reports and takes action when a user or listing violates our policies.

Before reporting, we recommend reviewing our Account Guidelines and Listing Guidelines to ensure the issue falls under one of those categories. Reports should not be used for personal disagreements or disputes that aren’t violations.

To Report a Message:


Click the red Report link under the message. You’ll be asked to select the reason for your report (like Spam Messages, Suspicious/Scammer Account, or Abusive/Harassing Messages).

Once submitted, our team will review the account and the messages involved.

To Report a Listing:


Scroll to the bottom of the listing and click the red Report link. You’ll see a menu which allows you to select why you're reporting, with options like Suspicious/Scammer Account or Incorrect Breed. If you choose Other, you’ll have the option to briefly describe the issue.

Once you submit a report, you’ll see a confirmation message. While we don’t share the outcome of our review, please know that we take these reports seriously and appreciate your help keeping Puppies.com safe.
