How do I reorder my photos?

The order of your photos (especially your "Main Photo", the primary image which appears for your listing in search results) is key to making a great first impression. You can easily rearrange your photos at any time to ensure your best shot is front and center.

Please Remember: per our Listing Guidelines, the Main Photo in your listing should display the dog the listing advertises only. Photos of the Dam, Sire, or the rest of the litter should not be included in the Main Photo (as this can make it more difficult for potential buyers to know which dog the listing advertises, and can lead to misunderstandings).

Reordering Photos on Desktop or Laptop

  1. Sign In to your Puppies.com account.
  2. Click My Listings in the top navigation bar.
  3. Locate the listing you want to change and click Edit to the right.
  4. Near the top, you will see circular thumbnails of your uploaded images.

Drag and drop the thumbnails into your preferred order.

    • Note: The first thumbnail on the far left is your Main Photo. This is the primary image that appears in search results.
  5. Click Save Listing at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Reordering Photos on Mobile Devices

  1. Sign In to your account.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap My Listings from the menu that appears.
  4. Tap Edit on the listing you wish to update.
  5. Tap and hold a photo thumbnail, then drag it to its new position.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and tap Save Listing.

Important Tips:

  • The "Main Photo" Rule: Always place your clearest, highest-quality image in the very first slot. This is the only image users see while browsing the general search page.
  • Saving is Required: Your changes won't be live until you click the Save Listing button. If you navigate away before saving, the order will revert to the previous version.
