How do I create/edit my profile?

When you start to post your first Puppies.com listing you're prompted to Create a Profile. This profile is automatically included in your listing, and it contains important information about you and your location which helps buyers to find your listing(s) successfully.

To Create Your Profile

Login to your Puppies.com account and click List a Puppy (at the top of the page on a laptop/desktop, or available through the Menu on mobile devices)
If you haven't listed a dog before, you'll be asked if you're Ready to list a puppy? Click Get Started below.
You'll be prompted to create a Standard Profile.

Fill in your First Name and Last Name.
Enter your city/state location in the Current Location field, and click/tap in the drop-down below to select the right location.
Enter information about yourself, your available dogs, and/or your kennel in the About Me field.
Click Upload a Profile Picture in the circular thumbnail to upload a picture (optional).
Click Save Changes below.

All active sellers with Trial memberships or Standard Memberships have a Standard Profile on the site. This Standard Profile is attached to all of your listings, and it contains your Buyer Testimonials, basic "About Me" information, links to your Current Listings, and other important details.

However, users with Premier Memberships have a Premier Profile instead. Premier Profiles contain the same information included in Standard Profiles, but they also offer the option to provide additional information like "Puppy Update" Announcements, Facility Photos, a Business Phone Number and Website, and a Custom Homepage URL you can customize and provide to buyers to easily direct them to your up-to-date information.

We know that important details can change, so we make it easy to edit your profile at any time.

To Edit Your Profile:

Login to your Puppies.com account.
Click the Menu Icon in the upper-right (three horizontal lines).
Click Edit Profile in the menu below.

If you're using a mobile device, tap Profile & Settings, and then tap Edit Profile below.

Make the necessary changes to your profile. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Click View Profile/View Premier Profile at the top to see your profile as a buyer would.
Click Save Changes at the bottom when you're finished editing.
