How do I sign in/out?
To sign in to your Puppies.com account, simply visit our Sign In page below:
On the Sign in page, enter the email address associated with your Puppies.com account and your Puppies.com password in the appropriate fields and click the orange "Sign In" button below.
If you run into problems while signing in, we recommend:
- Checking your email address for typos.
- Double-checking your password (as passwords are case-sensitive).
- Checking your Autofill or Saved Login info (often stored by your browser) for errors.
- Reset your password (see below for instructions).
To reset your password, you can do so through the page below:

Simply enter the email address linked to your Puppies.com account and click Submit.
Next, check your Email Inbox for the reset password email, and click the orange "Reset Password" button. Enter your new password twice in the text fields on the new page you're redirected to and click "Reset Password" below.
If you don't receive the "Password Reset" email successfully:
- Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder for the email.
- Use the search bar in your email account to look for all emails from Puppies.com.
- Add support@puppies.com and noreply@puppies.com to your email contact list and request a password reset email again.
If clicking the "Reset Password" link in the email doesn't take you to a page which prompts you to enter your new password twice, this may indicate that you are already signed in. Sign out of your account and click the "Reset Password" button again.
To sign out of your Puppies.com account, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click/tap the "Sign Out" link.
If the "Sign Out" link isn't visible, you aren't signed in to your account.
