How do I verify my email address?
If you just created a new Puppies.com account (or if you recently updated the email in an existing account), you'll need to verify your email address before you can fully use the site. This helps us confirm that you can receive our emails successfully, which can prevent unnecessary problems down the road.
To Complete Email Verification:
- Find the verification email in the personal email account connected to your Puppies.com account. (The Verification email may have a "Welcome to Puppies.com!" subject line or a "Verify your email address" subject line depending on whether you're a new or existing user.)
- If you don't see it in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder, or use the search bar to look for all emails from Puppies.com.
- Click "Verify Email". Once you locate the Verification email, simply click the "Verify Email" button in the email itself, and you're all done!
Still can't find the verification email in your personal email account? No problem! Simply add support@puppies.com and noreply@puppies.com to the Contact List in your personal email account; this will help show your email provider that we're an authorized email sender, which makes it easier for you to receive our emails successfully.
Next, login to your Puppies.com account, access your Verifications page, and click the "Send Link" button in the Email Verification section to receive a new Verification Email. Once you receive the email successfully, simply click the "Verify Email" button in the email to verify your email address.
