How do I delete my Puppies.com account?

In order to request deletion of your Puppies.com account, please send us an email to request account deletion through our Contact Page. Make sure your message is sent from the email address linked to your Puppies.com account (so we can verify your ownership of the account in question).

A few important notes to keep in mind:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If your account still has an active membership at the time of deletion, a prorated refund is not issued for unused membership time.
• If any of your active listings are boosted at the time of deletion, a prorated refund is not issued for unused boost time.
