Can I report a Testimonial?
Sellers can report a Testimonial for the following reasons:
- Inappropriate Language
- Duplicate Testimonial
- Did Not Purchase A Dog
If you need to report a Testimonial for any of the reasons listed above, simply click the "Report" link beneath the Testimonial, select the appropriate reason, and click "Report Testimonial" at the bottom.
If a buyer purchased a dog from you or paid a deposit (even if it was returned/refunded), they can post a Testimonial. Sellers have the option to post a reply that is visible with the Testimonial in order to address any statements made by the buyer and present both sides of the situation.
The purpose of the Testimonial system is for buyers to submit a Testimonial of their experience with a seller, regardless of whether their experience is positive or negative. It is not the site's position to resolve this issue between a buyer and seller, nor do we take a position on whether the buyer or seller should have taken a different action or accepted an offered resolution. However, the buyer can edit their Testimonial or request its deactivation if the buyer and seller find a resolution to a dispute.
